Things to know before you come:

  • My massage room is up one flight of stairs. I would love to be more accessible, but I can only work with the space I have at home for now. However, if you have accessibility requirements, please get in touch and I will do my best to find a way to adapt for you.
  • If you have a condition and you are not sure if massage is right for you, please just message me and ask. In many cases I can provide assurance myself, but in some cases, I may have to refer you to your GP or care provider, as I am not a medical professional. I have worked with people with a variety of conditions (visible and invisible) so please, do not worry or be embarrassed to ask me questions to see if I can help you.
  • Every massage begins with a consultation so I can understand what you need, you can ask any questions, and we can plan the treatment together.
  • I want you to be comfortable throughout your treatment. You can ask to stop, change your mind about the pressure, nip to the loo, change positions etc, at any time.

Disclaimer – If you have an illness or condition or are taking medication which might make massage unsafe for you, it is your responsibility to discuss this me and with the person responsible for your care (GP/Nurse etc). I am not a medical professional and can only work with the information you give me about your condition. I reserve the right to refuse or reschedule treatment if I believe it may be unsafe, so it is better to check with me and your care provider before attending for treatment.
