Things to know:

  • Every massage begins with a consultation so I can understand what you need, you can ask any questions, and we can plan the treatment together.
  • I want you to be comfortable throughout your treatment. You can ask to stop, change your mind about the pressure, nip to the loo, change positions etc, at any time.
  • If you have a condition and you are not sure if massage is right for you, please just message me and ask. I have worked with people with a variety of conditions (visible and invisible) so please, don’t worry or be embarrassed to ask me questions to see if I can help you.

Disclaimer – If you have an illness or condition and you are not sure if massage is safe, it is your responsibility to discuss this with the person responsible for your care (GP/Nurse etc). I am not a medical professional and can only work with the information you give me about your condition.
